Remark: The valid version of the Terms and Conditions is the German original. All translated versions are only for orientation and not legally effective.

1. All orders shall be executed according to the following conditions. Conditions differing from ones stipulated must be agreed on in writing.

2. All translations are carried out in the fastest and most meticulous way possible. Where there are any ambiguities in the source text, we reserve the right to either contact the client for more information or translate to the best of our knowledge according to the perceived contents of the source text.

3. I shall only be liable in case of gross negligence and malicious intent. In cases of slight negligence, I shall be liable only where essential contractual obligations are violated. Claims for recourse in case third party damages claims are expressly excluded. I do not assume any liability for translation errors caused by a faulty, incomplete or unintellegible source text. The amount of liability is restricted to the value of the respective order.

4. I will gladly make you an offer on the basis of the source text. Nevertheless, the final price is based exclusively on the actual length of the translated text.

5. The billed amount shall be paid within a period of 14 days from the date of invoice. Where this deadline is exceeded, the current interest charged by banks is payable.

6. Where one or several of the provisions in these terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.

7. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
